Welcome to Peacebury Properties Ltd. We are a family run serviced accommodation company who strive to provide exceptional service and a home away from home experience.
We provide high quality, self catering accommodation. striving to provide you all the essentials you would need for a comfortable and practical stay.
We are your hosts, owners of the company and mother and son team, Michelle and Connor.
Michelle is a retired nurse, who has always had an interest in hospitality. Connor is a young man with an entrepreneurial mind and an interest in property. Our journey started with renovating two properties with a hands-on, learning as we go approach which proved successful and a great way for us to gain lots of knowledge of the industry. This venture also provided us the opportunity to spend time with family, who all ended up involved in the process in some way. We are keen to bring our family values into business with us, enabling us to created a warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
A few years ago, Michelle's husband got a job which required him to work away during the week. He stays in hotels while he's away which is something that he doesn't particularly enjoy. He is restricted by his meal choices, and finds it difficult to relax when confined to a hotel room. Unfortunately, this is the way for many contractors and professionals who work away from home. This can have a negative impact on their mental health and their job satisfaction. This, coupled with the price tag that the companies have to pay, made us think; "There must be another option?"
This is how we learned about serviced accommodation and the need there is for ' home away from home' accommodation for professionals.
